bridge the gap between academics and practice. Ronald Groenke
has written a practical book that does a great job of uncovering
the myths about options investing and making it appealing to an
individual investor. Most other books do a cursory job of covered calls
or just show the profit and loss diagram, leaving it to the reader to
figure out the rest. This book takes that concept and applies it using
real-world stocks and options, taking the reader through the various
possible states that he may encounter by taking the position. It is a
